Tank Lift Date Posted: 05/03/2004 I fabricated a bracket to raise the tank about 2.5 inches. This was mostly to give it a chopper look but also increases air flow on the cyclinder heads.

Fishtail Pipe Modification - Here are some pics I shot during the fabrication of the custom fishtail pipes.
12" Apes with Internal Wiring - Dawn didn't care for the stock bars and wanted something more comfortable. I figured since I had to lengthen the wires any why not run them inside the bars.
Sprocket Change and Chain Shortening - Here are some pics and commentary on changing the sprocket, shortening the chain and getting the master link on!
Saddlebag Supports - I decided to try to hand at making a set of these, they actually came out pretty good if I say so myself.
Foward Controls - If you have ever considered adding foward controls to your scooter you no doubt had second thoughts when you saw the price tag. Check out this awesome economical solution thanks to Bill B.
Cobra Hi-Boys - The ACE is all about style and looking cool, and sound, weeelllll... that needed a little help. Check out these babies!
Carborator Rejet - When the pipes are changed, this changes the air/fuel mixture or somthing like that... So I needed to install a jet kit. Check it out, it's pretty interesting.
New Handlebars - Here is a mod I been wanting to do for a long time and finally got around to it!
License Plate Frame - An inexpensive license plate frame from JC Whitney that need just a bit of modding to make it work on the ACE.
Going For Paint! - I was able to work out a sweet deal with a custom fabrication shop and am getting the Wide Glide and ACE new artwork!.
Dawn's ACE 750 Paint Progress - This is where I will post the specs and pics and other assorted details as the project proceeds.
Computer Mods - I do tweak my computer from time to time. I am the type of person who will build my new pc from scratch rather than buy a premade box. In addition I have added some custom options to my pc, check this out!
PC Vu Meter - IThis mod came about one night when I was on the net scoping out mod sites and thought that my case could use some illumination. Check out this mod!
This site is great. Only wish there would be more detailed mod ideas posted. It's great to come to one place, and see exactly what it takes to do a mod BEFORE you start investing your time and money. Great Job.
